I commissioned Michael McDonald to write a special song for my girlfriend Erin’s birthday. Here are the results.
For the sake of completion, you should know that Erin HATES the song “Peace Train”.
Also, upon watching this again several days later, it really makes me laugh around 0:35 how uncomfortable that puppy is obviously making me.

two reasons i liked that song. 1) it made me laugh. 2) it taught me where warren g’s ‘regulators’ was sampled from.

The rest of this video was good, but why did we not get to hear the entirety of the song ‘Peace Train’? And not sung by Scott Gairdner, either. I recommend you re-edit this to include the original version of the song, unaltered in any way, played several times in a row over a black screen as Cat Stevens intended.

Ryan, I never knew you were an ESL student! Come over to my place sometime so we can work on the proper way to express positive and negative opinions. I think what you meant to say is that “Peace Train” should be cut entirely.
(P.S. Scott is the greatest boyfriend ever. And he makes a damn sexy Michael McDonald. Better than the original.)
